Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Effective Date: August 29, 2026

Who we are

Arch Public, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Arch Public”, “we”, “us”), provides automated trading software through thearchpublic.com and The Arch Public mobile apps (together, the “Services”). This policy describes the personal information we collect through the Services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our cookie and tracker disclosure covers what runs in your browser.

What we collect

  • Account information. Your email address, your phone number (verified with a text message code), your name, and your mailing address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address from that provider and, when the provider supplies it, your name. If you use our TradingView tools, we also collect the TradingView usernames you provide.
  • Broker connections. The credentials and authorizations used to connect your brokerage or exchange accounts, including keys we create for a connection, so the software can place trades in your own accounts as you direct.
  • Trading information. Orders, positions, trade history, balance information, and account identifiers from the brokerage and exchange accounts you connect.
  • Agreement records. When you accept an agreement or sign one electronically, we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser information, the identity details on your account, the acknowledgments you gave, and, for electronic signatures, your signature.
  • Order history. Records of your purchases and subscription changes.
  • Support and compliance records. Records of support sessions in which our staff accesses your account to help you, and audit records of significant account changes.
  • Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests, and your newsletter subscription if you opt in.
  • Technical information. Like most online services, our servers record technical details about requests, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the cookie and tracker disclosure.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Services: to create and secure your account, to execute the trading you configure through your own broker accounts, to verify your identity, to send you the messages the Services require (such as sign-in and verification codes and copies of agreements), to provide support, to keep the legal and financial records the law requires of us, and to measure our advertising on our public pages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run the Services for us: cloud hosting and database providers, email and text message delivery providers, payment and order processing providers, and our customer relationship management system. We share with them the information they need to do their work.
  • Your brokers and exchanges. When you connect an account, we transmit orders and instructions to that broker on your behalf. Your broker’s own terms and privacy policy govern your account there, and the access you grant stays under your control at your broker.
  • TradingView. If you use our TradingView tools, we give TradingView the usernames you provided so it can grant your TradingView account access to our indicators.
  • Advertising partners. Our public pages (never the signed-in dashboard) load advertising tags that report your visit for ad measurement, as described in the cookie and tracker disclosure. California law calls this “sharing”, and you can stop it at Do Not Share My Personal Data. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
  • Legal requirements. We disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Text messages

We send text messages to verify your phone number when you create an account, sign in, or change your phone number, and we keep a record of that verification. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your use of the Services. Your mobile phone number and your text message records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes above. When we delete personal information on a verified request, we keep the records we are legally required to retain, such as agreement acceptances, compliance records, and order history.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account so we can verify the request. California residents also have the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising: use Do Not Share My Personal Data or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Questions go to [email protected].
